Check the availability at the facility of your choice by clicking the "Availability" button, upon which a reservation table for the facility pops up.
Follow the "Guide to the Availability Table" below, and proceed to reservation.
A real-time reservation with instant confirmation is available only in Japanese. If you prefer making a reservation in English, you should do so by using the reservation request form, which will be answered within 24 hours. After you click on the “Availaibility” button a table will appear. This table shows the schedule for the facility of your choice over a seven day period.
Above the table is a calendar. Click on the date that you wish to use the facility and the seven day schedule around the date you have selected will appear.
Along the top of the table are the opening hours of the facility (a 24-hour clock is used, ie. 23 refers to 11pm).
The left-hand column of the table indicates the date (1/10 refers to January 10th).
To the right of the date column is a list of the courts at the selected facility. Each court is allocated a letter starting from A.
Available courts are indicated by . Please check the date, time and available court (letter A, B, C etc.) before making a reservation.
If you want to make a reservation, you can do so either REALTIME (with instant confirmation) by clicking button at the selected time and court, which leads you to the online reservation form (in Japanese), or SEND REQUEST in ENGLISH by clicking the "Reserve" button on the previous page, which will be replied within 24 hours notifying the status of your reservation. * Cancellation 8 days or longer before the reserved date - no charge
* Cancellation 4 to 7 days before the reserved date - 50% of total fee due
* Cancellation within 3 days of the reserved date - 100% of total fee due
